A great starting point is the reddish-pink region in the bottom-left corner. The cat in row 8, column 9 eliminates all other cells in row 8. Similarly, the cat in row 10, column 3 occupies row 10. The cat at row 6, column 2 blocks all of column 2. Looking at the remaining empty cells in this reddish-pink region, we see that row and column rules have eliminated almost every option.
