How to Solve Meowdoku Level 39

When tackling this board, it is easiest to start with the most restricted colored regions.

First, look at the isolated pink square on the left side of the grid. Because every distinct colored region requires exactly one cat, this single cell is a forced move. Place the cat in row 6, column 2.

This placement immediately activates the no-touch rule, eliminating all adjacent and diagonal spaces around it. Moving down to the light green area, you need a safe spot that respects these boundaries. Place the cat in row 8, column 3.

Next, focus on the bottom yellow section. Since the left columns are blocked by your previous moves and their diagonals, you must look toward the center. Place the cat in row 9, column 5.

Now, shift your attention to the right side. The larger pink region needs a feline. To avoid touching the cat in the bottom row, place the cat in row 7, column 8.

Moving up the far right side, the teal region needs its placement. Place the cat in row 5, column 9 to fulfill the column requirement without diagonally touching row 7.

In the upper center, the small purple region only has a few valid options. Place the cat in row 4, column 4.

This restricts the top-left area. To satisfy the large dark green region without touching the center cat, place the cat in row 2, column 1.

You will notice an isolated golden-brown cell near the upper middle. Place the cat in row 3, column 6 to fill this unique, single-cell region.

Finally, the top row is missing its resident, and the right side of the brown region is completely open. Place the cat in row 1, column 7 to finish the puzzle perfectly.
