How to Solve Meowdoku Level 37
Start with the most restricted areas of the board to build momentum.
1. The Orange Region
Notice the orange region in the lower right area. It consists of only a single cell! Place your very first cat here at row 7, column 7.
2. The Light Pink Region
Just to the right of the orange cell is the light pink region, which only covers two squares. Because row 7 is now occupied, the light pink cat is mathematically forced into row 6, column 9.
3. The Brown & Mustard Regions
Placing the cat at row 7, column 7 eliminates the surrounding diagonal cells due to the no-touch rule. This severely restricts the brown region below it. The only safe spot for the brown cat is row 8, column 5. With row 8 taken, the dark yellow (mustard) region in the bottom-left corner must place its cat in row 9, column 3.
4. The Light Green Region
The light green region sprawls across the right side. Since column 9 is taken by the light pink cat, and the no-touch rule limits the lower squares, the safest placement that doesn't trigger a conflict is row 5, column 6.
5. The Purple Region
