How to Solve Meowdoku Level 79

To solve this board logically, start with the most restricted areas and use the no-touch rule to clear out the remaining cells.

Start with the teal region in the middle left, which consists of just a single square. Place the cat in row 6, column 3.

Next, look at the dark pink region on the far left. Row 6 is already full, and the teal cat blocks the nearby pink cells due to the diagonal no-touch rule. Place the cat in row 5, column 1.

Observe the gold region at the bottom; it only occupies row 10. This means row 10’s cat must go there. Because row 10 is reserved, the neighboring brown region is forced upward into its only cell outside of that row. Place the cat in row 9, column 9.

Now, complete the bottom section. Place the cat in row 10, column 5 for the gold region.

Check the pink region, which forms a vertical line in column 6. Rows 5 and 6 are full, leaving a clear opening. Place the cat in row 7, column 6.

The light green region has many cells, but column 1 is entirely blocked by the dark pink cat. This pushes the placement into the middle area. Place the cat in row 4, column 4.

The dark green region is now heavily restricted by the cats above and below it. Place the cat in row 8, column 2.

Move to the upper right section of the board for the scattered light blue region. Place the cat in row 3, column 8.

The massive yellow region has one perfect remaining gap at the top. Place the cat in row 1, column 7.

Finally, the purple region covers the entire rightmost column. With the rest of the board filled, row 2 is the last valid row. Place the cat in row 2, column 10.
