How to Solve Meowdoku Level 66

To begin, look at the top-right corner containing the Dark Pink region. To secure this region and the first row, place the cat in row 1, column 10.

Because cats cannot touch each other horizontally, vertically, or diagonally, the surrounding cells in row 2 are blocked. For the Cyan region to the left, place the cat in row 2, column 8.

Next, look at the small Yellow region in the upper middle. Place the cat in row 4, column 7. This satisfies the color region while keeping a safe distance from the Cyan cat.

For the Light Pink region on the right edge, column constraints and the no-touch rule mean we must drop down a row. Place the cat in row 5, column 9.

Moving into the center of the grid to the Purple region, place the cat in row 6, column 6. This perfectly satisfies the region without interfering with the surrounding cats.

Now, tackle the interlocking regions in the bottom-left corner. The Gold region sits on the far left edge. Place the cat in row 9, column 1. To satisfy the Dark Blue region without diagonally touching the Gold cat, place the cat in row 10, column 3. This secures the bottom two rows.

Working back up the left side, we need to fill the Orange region. Place the cat in row 8, column 4.

For the Dark Green region, we must avoid the active columns 1, 3, and 4. Place the cat in row 7, column 2.

Finally, notice the massive Light Green region that stretches across the grid. Since every other row and column already contains exactly one cat, only one safe intersection remains. Place the cat in row 3, column 5 to complete the puzzle!
