How to Solve Meowdoku Level 24
Starting at the outer edges of the grid is the best way to narrow down the safe spaces quickly.
Begin in the bottom-left corner's blue-purple region. Place the cat in row 9, column 1. Because cats cannot touch each other diagonally or orthogonally, this safely blocks off the surrounding grid spaces, eliminating the rest of row 9 and column 1.
Next, look at the mustard yellow region in the top right. Place the cat in row 1, column 9. This secures the first row and the final column without interfering with the rest of the board.
Moving to the right side's dark brown region, place the cat in row 2, column 7. This satisfies the region requirement and safely avoids touching the cat placed in row 1.
For the light green region near the bottom right, place the cat in row 8, column 8. This position works perfectly because it avoids column 7 and column 9 to respect the no-touch rule.
Now, focus on the dark green region on the left. Place the cat in row 7, column 2. This keeps the cat out of the restricted column 1 and avoids row 9.
Work your way toward the middle by focusing on the teal region. Place the cat in row 3, column 5. This secures the region while avoiding the previously placed cats in the upper right.
In the center orange region, place the cat in row 5, column 6. This satisfies the area while maintaining a safe diagonal distance from row 3.
To resolve the light pink region on the left side, place the cat in row 6, column 4. This placement works because it fits the empty column safely.
Finally, complete the dark pink region. Place the cat in row 4, column 3. This fulfills the requirement of placing one cat in every row, column, and color region without triggering the no-touch rule anywhere on the board.
